The Northwest has been abuzz lately with projects and Pujas; a sizable contingent of Naths and Devis met in the Kailash Temple to celebrate our Grand Gurudev’s Birthday with rites, chanting and feasting on April 29th, Guru OM! We met again in the Tantrik Temple for a Rudra Puja in May to facilitate the freeing of spirits embodied in the cremation ground relics many of us enjoy.
The Earth Spirit Temple, mentioned in the last newsletter, opened with a bang at the Hartness/Schoos Gallery July 7th. Hundreds of people wandered through the temple, looking at the Ling Shrine and the Earth Altar while drumming, chanting and invocations spiraled up and out. A copy of the Manifesto and the Organum of the Magnum Opus were taken by many. Rites were performed there on the New Moon and several Pagan groups are planning to make use of the temple.
Weekly Circles are being held at Kailash Temple, and in Portland, OR, Bhavanath is holding Eclectic circles. Several classes are in the works, one scheduled and other potential, and the Work dances onward!

A glimmer of Weirdglow in a world of woe,
to end all frustrations and problems we sow.
The naive mind slipping and undone its truss,
to make for new thinking with none of the fuss.
Our models exploding by bright cosmic rain,
new feelings and power with none of the pain.
The God-forms all melting in numinous light,
our symbols and feelings express our new might.
Our thoughts and our fancies now vanished as air,
the pulse of the cosmos alone now lies bare.
The props have all fallen, the stage finally clear,
emerges the truth that was ever so near.

The Weirdglow Twins are named Knew and Know.
Knew lived in the past and Know organized the present.
Knew ran around in circles; Know ascended on the helix.
Knew had fixed ideas but Know had an open mind.
Knew was superstitious while Know was progressive.
Knew wept for the past but Know planned for the future.
Knew had routine morals while Know played it joyful.
Knew was dull lustre but Know was bright shining.
Knew sought for Gods while Know found he was one.
Knew always said yes but Know played it cool.
We thought we always Knew but now it’s time to Know.
